When will my order ship?
Because you are buying directly from the manufacturer, items are almost always in stock and will ship the following day if placed after 10am EST. For expedited services you must call first to verify the date since we cannot guarantee same day shipping without first verifying the time the order was received and processed.

Unless you choose to expedite your order, it will ship via UPS ground.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Please email support@allergyguarddirect.com to have us change or edit your order.

My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on every product sold. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please email us at support@allergyguarddirect.com for a RMA # and instructions on how to return your product. Outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
What is your guarantee?
You will note on each product page under the product description tab the warranty term. Almost all of our products have a lifetime warranty. We will replace the product if any rips and tears occur or anything that could compromise the efficacy of the product.
