When will my order ship?

Because you are buying directly from the manufacturer, items are almost always in stock and will ship the following business day if placed after 10am EST. For expedited services you must call first to verify the date since we cannot guarantee same day shipping without first verifying the time the order was received and processed. Please be advised that 3rd day, 2nd day and next day air delivery times are counted in business days from the day we ship. If an order is placed after 10am, it is likely it will ship the following day and then be delivered on the business day relative to the service level chosen. If saturday delivery is required, you must contact us first to confirm. Some products may take longer to ship out regardless of service so we always recommend calling if the delivery date is a "must arrive by" date.

How will it be shipped & how long will it take to arrive?

Unless you choose to expedite your order, it will ship via UPS ground and or USPS if the weight is very light. Typical delivery times will be 5 business days if you are located on the west coast, 2-3 days if in the midwest and southeast, 2 days for the northeast. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Please email support@allergyguarddirect.comto have us change or edit your order.

If I live outside of the US, what other charges would apply to shipping beyond what you charge?

With UPS "Standard" to Canada, the shipping cost does not include taxes and UPS broker fees. All other Fedx charges would be inclusive. For all other countries, any taxes or duties imposed would not be included and would be collected at the time of receipt. Each country has different tax rates for imports so be sure to check that prior to ordering.

Do I pay sales tax?

We are required by law to collect sales taxes wherever we have a physical business location. We have offices in New York and our factory is located in Georgia so taxes will apply to those states only.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on every product sold. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please email us at support@allergyguarddirect.com for a RMA # and instructions on how to return your product. Outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

What is your guarantee?

You will note on each product page under the product description tab the warranty term. Almost all of our products have a lifetime warranty. We will replace the product if any rips occur in the seams or zippers break and will not close.
