What is your return policy?

We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on every product sold. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please email us at [email protected] for a RMA # and instructions on how to return your product. Outbound shipping (including promotional & or Free shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded. 

How is the shipping for the non-contiguous states handled?

Unfortunately UPS does not have real "ground" rates for HI, AK, PR , Guam, etc. and thus in essence is charging an "air type" rate which we feel is much too expensive for our customers. As a result, we have negotiated a flat $19.99 Rate for these locations and ship via USPS only. One can still choose any of the actual expedited air services if they desire such as  next day air and those rates from UPS will apply.

What is your guarantee?

You will note on each product page under the product description tab the warranty term. Almost all of our products have a lifetime warranty. Any rips in the seams or defect in the zipper will warrant a replacement of the mattress cover or any other product. Just return to us for a repair or replacement.

When will my order ship?

Because you are buying allergy bedding directly from the manufacturer, items are almost always in stock and will typically ship within one business day. For expedited services,  next day air and second day air you must call first to verify the date of delivery since we cannot guarantee same day shipping without first verifying the time the order was received and processed. In addition, note that national holidays will add to delivery time for these priority services so be sure to check if needing a specific date of arrival.

 

How will it be shipped?

 Unless you choose to expedite your order, it will ship via UPS ground ( USPS if it is very lightweight).  Expedited service delivery dates are based on the day of shipment and delivery dates are determined by number of business days. For example, an order placed after 10am on Monday would ship Tuesday and arrive Wednesday if next day air and Thursday if second day air for example.You have the choice to receive your order via air delivery with UPS Standard Overnight (Next Day), 2-Day or expedited ground (guarantees no regular mail used and that the order will ship same day if before cut off times).  If you'd like your order shipped today by any of these 3 methods, it must be placed by 2pm Eastern Time (or 11am for any products noted as Manufacturer Direct items) or it will be shipped the next business day. Air orders placed after 2pm on Friday or orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will be shipped the following business day. Delivery times for air shipments are guaranteed before 4:30pm and may require your signature to be delivered. Also, keep in mind that air delivery times are measured in business days (not including holidays or weekends) so a 2-Day air order placed after 2pm Eastern Time on a Thursday, it will be delivered on Tuesday by end of day. We do not currently offer expedited shipping with a Saturday delivery on the website. If you require a Saturday delivery, please call and order directly through our Customer Service Department. Saturday delivery is an option when shipping via Overnight/Next Day and involves an additional fee. We can be reached by calling 1.800.771.3322 but be sure to call before 2pm Monday-Friday

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note: Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Please email [email protected] to have us change or edit your order.

My order never arrived. Now what?

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

International Customers and APO Addresses - Important Information

International Orders

When placing an international order, please investigate your country’s policy on the importing of skin care products and cosmetics. Many nations strictly regulate these transactions and could refuse to deliver your package. At this time, we cannot ship to Albania, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, Spain, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Nigeria, Sudan, Uganda, Vietnam, or Zambia. Other countries may be excluded; you will be notified by our customer service department.

International Shipping Methods

Your order will be shipped via the most efficient way possible. In some cases, based upon the items, weight, contents, and ship to location, the cost of your shipment will increase once we have verified your order. Once your order is received, our system determines the cost of shipping your package based on your location as well as the specific contents of your package and the lowest cost. Once an international order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please allow a minimum of 24-48 hours for your order to be processed prior to shipping.

All international orders typically arrive within 14-21 business days. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. The delivery address must be a physical address and provided in English.

Photo ID may be required by the shipper prior to delivery. Please be aware of any forms or paperwork that may be required by your country prior to delivery. *Failure to provide info required could result in your order being abandoned at customs and there will be no reimbursement for the product or the shipping fee.

Canada

Orders to Canada typically arrive within 10-14 business days. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. The delivery address must be a physical address.

Freight Forwarders

If you ship your order to a freight forwarding company, we cannot be held liable for any transaction with a forwarding company. Since packages shipped to freight forwarders are often opened and the contents are redistributed, we cannot be responsible for the integrity of that package or the receipt of all contents. Once delivery is confirmed by UPS or USPS, we are no longer liable for the package. Please be aware that items purchased from our company are only warranted within the United States.

Electrical Device Warranties

Unless otherwise noted, all electrical device warranties are void if the device is used outside of the United States. We cannot be responsible for issues related to international voltage use.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If for some reason your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, refused, or other, you will be charged a $50 fee. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees involved in the shipping or receiving of your package. Please research these fees and taxes prior to placing your order as they can be quite costly. Please note that if an international package is refused or undeliverable for any reason, it will be abandoned at customs and there will be no reimbursement for the product or the shipping fee.

Please Note:  We require a working telephone number and email address for all orders. If your order subtotal is between $200 and $1,000, we may contact you for more information to verify your order. If we are not able to validate your billing address and/or credit card account information we may cancel your order.
